What WristLot is
WristLot is a watch marketplace built for newcomers and experts alike, a place to bid on unique and quirky watches, from a $200 vintage Seiko oddity to a five-figure grail. No gatekeeping, no jargon walls: if you’re new, start with our Learn page and you’ll be reading listings like a collector in an afternoon.
Two kinds of listings
Consigned watches are in hand with WristLot: vetted, photographed, and sold through the standard auction flow, a winning bid is a real purchase, with a flat buyer’s fee and nothing else.
Market Check watches are ones we’ve spotted for sale on the open market and think deserve auction-level attention. Bidding on them is free and non-binding, if bidding clears the seller’s reserve, we contact the seller and facilitate the deal, and nothing is ever charged.
Why both? WristLot is new and still gaining traction. Market Check lets us surface great watches and build the bidding community while our consignment pipeline grows, and it lets you practice the hunt with zero risk. As the site grows, expect more and more watches consigned directly to WristLot.
